Frames
FRAMING INFORMATION
- Our frames are made to order, here in the UK, from sustainably sourced, solid wood.
- Fronted with high quality clear plexiglass. Looks great and safe to ship.
- The listed dimensions in the dropdown menu on our product pages refer to the print size. Frames are 1" thick, therefore the outer dimensions of our frames are larger than the print dimensions. For example, the outer dimensions of a 12x16" framed print are 14x18"
- Framed prints are printed with a 1" white border. Print dimensions include the border, therefore the printed area will be slightly smaller than the listed dimensions.
- On designs where the border is part of the design, such as when the title is printed within the border, a white border will not be added.
- We are always happy to add or remove the border, on request. If you would like to do so, please get in touch BEFORE placing your order.
- Mounts: If you select a mount when ordering a framed print, a white, matte, card mount will be added in between the plexiglass and the print. Mounts add depth to the framed print, giving it a more professional look, as well as separating the plexiglass from the print. The mount is approximately 1" all the way around.
